At BM4YOU, we want your experience to feel clear, fair, and enjoyable.
These policies are designed to ensure a smooth process for everyone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancel more than 7 days before: deposit refunded.
– Cancel between 7 days and 24h: deposit non-refundable.
– Cancel within 24h or on-site: 50% fee + travel expenses.
– If genuine force majeure (illness, weather, government restrictions), we reschedule without penalty (proof may be required).

Copyright & Licensing
– RAW files remain property of BM4YOU.
– After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use final content worldwide, forever.
– We may showcase work in our portfolio/socials unless you prefer exclusivity (+30%).
– Third parties must obtain their own license.

Travel & Locations
– Travel quoted in advance, Andalusia €0.50/km.
– By booking, you confirm legal access to property.
– Our team does not move personal items/furniture — please ensure the property is photo-ready.

Drone & Safety
– We love capturing cinematic aerial views with our drone whenever possible.
– Please note flights depend on weather, local restrictions, and Spanish aviation laws.
– If conditions make it unsafe or illegal to fly, drone footage may be excluded.
– In such cases, we’ll focus on delivering equally strong ground visuals at no extra cost to you.

Revisions & Edits
– One revision round included; extra edits available for a fee.
– Revisions may take up to 72h.
– Extra edits/licensing fees negotiated separately.

Backups & Storage
– We keep backups for 30 days after delivery – please save your files promptly.

Refunds
– Deposits non-refundable after production starts.
– Delivered digital media cannot be returned.
– We always align with your vision during pre-production to ensure satisfaction.
